Besan Chilla with Hung Curd

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
- 3 tbsp hung curd
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, deseeded and chopped
- 1/4 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
- Whisk besan, hung curd, and enough water into a smooth, lump-free batter.
- Fold in onion, tomato, ajwain, turmeric, and salt, then rest 10 minutes.
- Pour a thin layer onto a hot lightly oiled tawa.
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with a Greek yogurt dip.
