High-Protein Power Oatmeal
A massive bowl of oatmeal packed with protein to start your day right and fuel your workouts.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 banana, sliced
Instructions
- Combine oats, chia seeds, and almond milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let it cool for 1 minute, then stir in the protein powder until smooth. Add a splash of water if it is too thick.
- Top with mixed berries and sliced banana.
- Serve immediately.
