Besan Chilla Protein Pancake

Ingredients
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, deseeded and chopped
- 1 green chili, minced
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
- Whisk besan with enough water to form a smooth, pourable batter.
- Stir in onion, tomato, green chili, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
- Rest the batter 5 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick tawa over medium heat and brush with a little oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a thin circle.
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp at the edges.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
