Egg & Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 75g paneer, cubed small
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, minced
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
- Sauté onion, tomato, and chili in oil until soft.
- Add turmeric and garam masala and cook 30 seconds.
- Pour in beaten eggs and scramble on medium heat.
- Fold in the paneer cubes and warm through for a minute.
- Finish with coriander and serve hot.
