Volume Egg White Omelet
An absolutely giant omelet for when you are deep in a cut and need to stay full on zero calories.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups liquid egg whites
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup spinach
Instructions
- Spray a large pan with cooking spray over medium heat.
- Sauté veggies until soft.
- Pour over egg whites, cover, and let cook until set.
- Fold and serve.
