Classic Steak and Eggs
The ultimate old-school bodybuilding breakfast. Pure protein and fat to keep testosterone high and build mass.
Ingredients
- 8 oz sirloin steak
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let steak rest. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and melt butter.
- Fry the eggs to your liking (sunny-side up recommended).
- Serve eggs alongside the sliced steak.
