Moong Dal Chilla with Paneer Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole moong dal, soaked 4 hours
- 50g paneer, crumbled
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
- Grind the soaked moong dal with a little water into a smooth, pourable batter.
- Season the batter with cumin seeds and salt.
- Spread a thin chilla on a hot oiled tawa and cook until the edges lift.
- Scatter crumbled paneer, onion, chili, and coriander over one half.
- Fold, press lightly, and cook another minute until golden.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
