Mango Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 150g Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 mango, diced
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of cardamom
Instructions
- Combine oats, Greek yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in a jar.
- Stir well, seal, and refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours).
- In the morning, top with diced mango.
- Drizzle honey and dust with cardamom.
- Eat cold straight from the jar.
