Bulking PB Banana Shake
An insanely calorie-dense shake perfect for hard gainers struggling to hit their calorie surplus.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops chocolate whey protein
- 1 large banana
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1.5 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth.
- Pour into a large shaker cup and enjoy immediately.
