Protein Greek Yogurt Parfait
A sweet, high-protein snack that takes less than 5 minutes to make and kills sugar cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp low-sugar granola
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries.
- Add the remaining yogurt on top.
- Sprinkle with granola and drizzle with honey if desired.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later.
