Anabolic French Toast
A massive stack of french toast made with egg whites for an insane amount of protein.
Ingredients
- 4 slices low-calorie bread
- 1 cup liquid egg whites
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sugar-free syrup
Instructions
- Whisk egg whites, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Dip bread in the mixture until fully soaked.
- Cook on a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with sugar-free syrup.
