Lemon Ricotta Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/2 lemon, zested
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup berries, to serve
Instructions
