Instructions

  1. Knead the wheat flour with water into a soft dough and rest it.
  2. Mix sattu with onion, chili, ajwain, mustard oil, and a splash of water into a crumbly stuffing.
  3. Stuff dough balls with the sattu mix and roll into parathas.
  4. Cook on a hot tawa with a light brush of ghee until blistered on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with the bowl of curd.
