Smoked Salmon Protein Bagel
A lower-fat, higher-protein take on the classic lox bagel.
Ingredients
- 1 whole grain bagel
- 3 oz smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (instead of cream cheese)
- Capers
- Fresh dill
Instructions
- Toast the bagel.
- Spread Greek yogurt evenly.
- Layer the smoked salmon.
- Garnish with capers and fresh dill.
