Tamagoyaki with Rice & Sesame Spinach

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cup steamed short-grain rice
- 100g spinach, blanched
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs with soy sauce and sugar.
- Cook thin layers in a pan, rolling each into a log to build the tamagoyaki.
- Slice the roll into thick pieces.
- Dress the blanched spinach with sesame oil and seeds.
- Serve alongside the steamed rice.
