Vegan Tofu Scramble
A fantastic egg-free alternative that looks and tastes like the real deal, packed with plant protein.
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Sauté bell pepper in a pan until soft.
- Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, and nutritional yeast. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Serve hot.
