Tofu Scramble Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- 200g firm tofu, pressed
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until browned.
- Crumble in the tofu with turmeric and garlic powder.
- Cook 4-5 minutes, then wilt in the spinach.
