  1. Boil the milk, curdle it with vinegar, and strain through muslin.
  2. Rinse and press the chhana to remove the whey water.
  3. Knead the chhana smooth with chocolate whey, stevia, and cardamom.
  4. Press into a lined tray and set in the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Cut into squares and store chilled.
