Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
A two-minute microwave cake whisked from chocolate whey, cocoa, oat flour, and a spoon of yogurt that keeps the crumb fudgy instead of rubbery. With 25g protein in 260 dessert-flavoured calories, it's the evening sweet-tooth fix that still counts toward muscle-gain targets.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Whisk all the dry ingredients in a large mug.
- Stir in the yogurt and milk until smooth.
- Drop the chocolate chips into the centre.
- Microwave 60-90 seconds until just set — do not overcook.
