Greek Yogurt Shrikhand

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Powdered stevia or sugar to taste
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- A pinch of saffron, bloomed in warm milk
- 2 tbsp mango pulp
- 1 tsp chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Strain the Greek yogurt in muslin for 1-2 hours until very thick.
- Whisk with sweetener, cardamom, and the bloomed saffron.
- Swirl through the mango pulp.
