Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1.5 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp milk
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Stir all the ingredients into a stiff, sticky dough.
- Add milk a teaspoon at a time if it won't hold together.
- Roll into 8 balls and dust lightly with extra matcha.
- Chill 30 minutes; two balls make a serving.
