Protein Mango Lassi
The most natural bridge between desi flavour and whey: Greek yogurt, vanilla protein, and mango pulp blended into a thick, cardamom-dusted lassi. With 35g protein and fast-digesting carbs, it's tailor-made as a post-workout shake or muscle-gain snack.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 cup mango pulp
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 4-5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend the yogurt, whey, mango pulp, milk, and ice until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Dust with cardamom and serve immediately.
