Spicy Roasted Edamame
A crunchy, salty, savory snack that replaces potato chips perfectly.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen shelled edamame, thawed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Toss thawed edamame with oil, salt, and chili powder.
