Ingredients
- 4 tbsp sattu (roasted chana flour)
- 1 glass cold water
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 4-5 mint leaves
Instructions
- Whisk the sattu into the cold water until completely smooth.
- Season with lemon juice, black salt, and cumin.
- Pour over ice and finish with mint leaves.
