Spicy Tuna Cucumber Bites

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in water, drained
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 cucumber, in thick rounds
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix the tuna with yogurt, sriracha, soy, and spring onion.
- Spoon onto the cucumber rounds.
- Top with sesame seeds and serve chilled.
