Turkey and Egg Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- 100g ground turkey
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 medium sweet potato, diced small
- 1/4 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Toss sweet potato with a little oil, paprika, salt; air-fry or roast at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Brown ground turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up; season well.
- Push turkey to one side; scramble eggs on the other side of the pan.
- Stir in bell pepper and combine everything.
- Plate over roasted sweet potato and serve.
