  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the diced sweet potato with half the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Place the salmon and asparagus on the same baking sheet. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast for another 10-12 minutes until the salmon is flaky and sweet potatoes are tender.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon and asparagus before serving.
