Protein Turkey Meatball Pasta
A massive portion of protein pasta topped with lean turkey meatballs and marinara sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 8 oz protein pasta (chickpea or lentil)
- 2 cups low-sugar marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasoning. Form into meatballs.
- Bake meatballs at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat marinara sauce, add cooked meatballs.
- Serve meatballs and sauce over pasta.
