Garlic Butter Shrimp Zoodles
A rich, garlicky seafood dinner that feels heavy but is incredibly low in calories and carbs.
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 2 tbsp grass-fed butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Red pepper flakes and parsley
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and shrimp, cooking until shrimp are pink (about 3 mins).
- Remove shrimp from pan. Add zucchini noodles and toss for 2 minutes to warm through.
- Add shrimp back in, toss with parsley, and serve.
