Low-Cal BBQ Chicken Pizza
Eat an entire pizza without blowing your diet. Made with a low-carb wrap or pita base.
Ingredients
- 2 large low-carb tortillas or pita breads
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the shredded chicken in the BBQ sauce.
- Spread a tiny bit of extra BBQ sauce on the tortillas as a base.
- Top with the chicken, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake directly on the oven rack for 8-10 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese is melted.
