Lean Beef Lettuce Tacos
Taco Tuesday without the carb hangover. Fast, light, and protein-packed.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb 93/7 lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmer for 2 mins.
- Spoon beef into lettuce cups.
- Top with fresh pico de gallo.
