Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice
A comfort food classic remade with healthier macros. Great for feeding a family.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Mix chicken, rice, broccoli, and yogurt in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
