Greek Chicken Souvlaki Bowl

Ingredients
- 160g chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 tbsp tzatziki
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in olive oil, oregano, and lemon for 20 minutes.
- Thread onto skewers and grill until charred and cooked through.
- Build the bowl with rice, cucumber, and tomato.
- Top with the skewers and a big spoon of tzatziki.
