Greek Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki
Oregano-and-mint turkey meatballs baked until browned, served over a Greek salad base with cooling tzatziki. Low-carb with 38g protein, it's a muscle-supporting dinner that also behaves itself on lower-carb days.
Ingredients
- 180g turkey mince
- 1/2 red onion, grated
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 6 mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tomato, wedged
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 4 tbsp tzatziki
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the turkey with onion, oregano, mint, and salt; roll into meatballs.
- Bake at 200°C for 18 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Arrange the tomato and cucumber on a plate.
- Top with the meatballs and a generous spoon of tzatziki.
