Grilled Fish Tikka with Sautéed Greens
White fish in a yogurt-tikka marinade, grilled until smoky and served over a pile of garlicky wilted spinach. With 34g protein, almost no carbs, and under 300 calories, this is about as ideal as a cutting-phase dinner gets.
Ingredients
- 180g basa or rohu fillet
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp tikka spice mix
- 200g spinach
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Coat the fish in yogurt and tikka spices and marinate 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-sear 4-5 minutes per side until charred and flaking.
- Sauté garlic in oil, then wilt the spinach with a pinch of salt.
- Plate the fish over the greens with lemon on the side.
