Ingredients
- 150g lean beef mince
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2/3 cup steamed rice
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Toss the cucumber with rice vinegar and a pinch of salt to pickle.
- Brown the beef, breaking it up well.
- Add the garlic, soy, honey, and sesame oil and cook until glossy.
- Serve over rice with the pickled cucumber alongside.
