Ingredients
- 140g chicken breast, grilled and sliced
- 1 large whole-wheat tortilla
- 2 cups romaine, shredded
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk the yogurt, mustard, lemon, parmesan, and pepper into a dressing.
- Toss the romaine and sliced chicken in the dressing.
