Low-Fat Paneer Bhurji
The default lazy high-protein meal of Hindi fitness reels — crumbled paneer flash-cooked with onion, tomato, and turmeric, using low-fat paneer and minimal oil to tame the notorious 18-to-32-gram fat swing of paneer dishes. Low-carb at a moderate 290 calories, it fits a maintenance lunch or a keto-leaning day better than a high-volume cut.
Ingredients
- 150g low-fat paneer, crumbled
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, minced
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp oil
- Fresh coriander to finish
Instructions
- Sauté onion, tomato, and chili in oil until soft.
- Stir in the turmeric and a pinch of salt.
- Crumble in the paneer and toss on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Finish with coriander and serve with a roti if your macros allow.
