Mediterranean Chopped Salad
A huge, crunchy salad that keeps you chewing for 20 minutes, perfect for dieting.
Ingredients
- 4 oz grilled chicken breast, chopped
- 2 cups romaine, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 5 kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp Greek vinaigrette
Instructions
- Chop all ingredients finely.
- Toss together in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve immediately.
