Paneer Bhurji Low-Fat
Crumbled low-fat paneer scrambled with onion, tomato, green chili, and spices in minimal oil — the fat-loss version of the street-food favourite. At 19g protein and only 10g carbs for 290 calories, it works as a quick solo lunch or as a high-protein filling for whole-wheat rotis.
Ingredients
- 100g low-fat paneer, crumbled
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, minced
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt and coriander
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan; splutter cumin seeds.
- Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add green chili and tomato; cook until tomato softens completely.
- Add turmeric and stir 30 seconds.
- Add crumbled paneer, salt, and garam masala; toss and cook 3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
