Sheet Pan Salmon & Quinoa
Rich in Omega-3s and fiber. A perfectly balanced dinner for overall health.
Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Brush over salmon.
- Place salmon and asparagus on a sheet pan.
- Roast at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Serve over cooked quinoa.
