Ingredients
- 180g shrimp, peeled
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 green capsicum, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/3 cup cooked rice
- 1 lime
Instructions
- Toss the shrimp with paprika, cumin, and salt.
- Sear the peppers and onion on high heat until charred at the edges.
- Add the shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Serve over the rice with lime squeezed over everything.
