Soya Chunks Masala Curry

Ingredients
- 50g dry soya chunks
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the soya chunks 5 minutes, then squeeze out the water thoroughly.
- Sauté onion in oil until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste.
- Add tomato puree and garam masala and cook until the oil separates.
- Tip in the chunks with a splash of water and simmer 10 minutes.
- Crush kasuri methi over the top and serve.
