Sprouted Moong Chaat Bowl
Sprouted whole moong tossed with finely diced cucumber, tomato, onion, chaat masala, and a squeeze of lime — zero cooking required after the overnight sprout. Ingredients
- 1.5 cups sprouted moong
- 1/2 cucumber, diced small
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, minced
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and fresh coriander
Instructions
- Steam sprouts lightly for 3-4 minutes if preferred slightly soft, or use raw.
- Combine cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chili in a bowl.
- Add sprouted moong and toss well.
- Season with chaat masala, cumin powder, and salt.
- Squeeze lime juice and garnish with fresh coriander.
