Sprouted Moong Chaat Bowl
A zero-cook lunch bowl of two-day moong sprouts tossed with crunchy vegetables, lemon, and chaat masala — sprouting also boosts how much of the protein your body can actually use. At just 180 calories with barely a gram of fat, it's a high-volume fat-loss lunch you can eat by the bowlful.
Ingredients
- 150g sprouted moong
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Sprout the moong for two days until tails appear.
- Chop the onion, tomato, and cucumber.
- Toss everything with lemon juice and chaat masala.
- Top with peanuts and coriander and serve fresh.
