Steak & Sweet Potato Fries
A staple bodybuilding dinner. High protein, complex carbs, and packed with micronutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Steak seasoning
Instructions
- Toss sweet potato fries in oil and bake at 425°F for 25 mins.
- Season the steak.
- Sear steak in a hot skillet for 4 mins per side for medium-rare.
- Let steak rest, slice against the grain, and serve with fries.
