Tandoori Paneer Tikka Platter
Restaurant-style paneer tikka made honest at home: hung-curd-marinated cubes charred in the air fryer with capsicum and onion — remember paneer's fat content swings widely, so weigh what you use. Ingredients
- 150g paneer, in large cubes
- 3 tbsp hung curd
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1/2 capsicum, in squares
- 1/2 onion, in petals
- 1 tsp mustard oil
- 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Whisk hung curd with tandoori masala and mustard oil.
- Coat the paneer and vegetables and marinate 1 hour.
- Thread onto skewers and air-fry or grill 12 minutes.
- Char the edges under high heat for the last 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
