Turkey Meal-Prep Chili
A big pot of lean turkey chili with kidney beans, tomatoes, and warming spices that portions into four identical lunches. High-protein and vegetable-heavy per 380-calorie bowl, it's the definition of a fat-loss meal-prep staple.
Ingredients
- 500g lean turkey mince
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red capsicum, diced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Brown the turkey mince in olive oil, breaking it up well.
- Add the onion and capsicum and soften 5 minutes.
- Stir in the spices, tomatoes, and beans.
- Simmer 25 minutes until thick.
- Portion into four containers for the week.
