Tilapia & Roasted Asparagus
The ultimate pre-contest diet meal. Extremely low calorie, zero carb, pure protein.
Ingredients
- 6 oz tilapia or cod fillet
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- Lemon wedge
Instructions
- Place fish and asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Season generously with lemon pepper.
- Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
