Everfit Alternatives: 6 Coaching Apps Compared

October 9, 2026 · 9 min read · By UltraFit360 Team

Everfit's pitch is a polished Pro plan with booking, forms, habits and team management built in, plus a Starter tier at $0/month for up to 5 clients. The friction tends to appear once a roster grows or you want more than the base plan. Pro is priced on a sliding scale ($16–$255/month billed annually) across 5 to 300+ clients, and a number of things sit in separate add-ons: payments and packages, advanced meal plans, automation and on-demand collections. Group chat and broadcast messages are Studio features, and full white label is Enterprise.

That structure suits some businesses well. For others the real monthly cost depends on which add-ons are switched on, which is why this guide lines up what each alternative bundles. Prices checked on September 27, 2026. Feature claims re-checked on October 9, 2026.

1. UltraFit360 — Best for coaches who want one platform from enquiry to check-in

Strengths: A lead page with a qualifying enquiry form and pipeline feeds into one-click lead-to-client conversion, which is the step Everfit's pricing page does not list a form for. The AI Meal Planner takes calories, macros, meal split, diet type, cuisine, allergies and ingredients to use or avoid, and a PDF meal plan can be uploaded and converted. There is also a booking page for intro calls, a check-in questionnaire builder, and team invites with a shared client pool.

Limits: There's no client payments or billing feature, so you'd still need a separate tool to invoice or charge clients directly. Chat is one-to-one, is not instant and doesn't support attachments. There's no custom-branded client app; clients use the shared UltraFit360 app. Everfit lists group chat and broadcast messages on its Studio tier; UltraFit360 has no equivalent.

Pricing: see the early bird offer at the end of this page, or the coach platform at /coaches for full details.

2. Trainerize — Best for coaches who want appointments, classes and an established integration list

Strengths: Trainerize lists appointments and classes with client self-booking, a "3,000+ vetted movements" library, and integrations with Garmin, Withings, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, YouTube and Zapier. Grow adds an AI Workout Builder and a Trainerize.me profile; Pro adds consultation forms, advanced messaging, challenges and leaderboards.

Limits: Like Everfit, it prices several things on top of the plan: Stripe Payments at $10/month, a $169 one-time custom-branded app, and an Advanced Nutrition add-on at $20–$45/month. Shareable booking links belong to the Business add-on. The free Basic plan is for one coaching client.

Pricing summary: Basic is $0/month, Grow is $9/month for 2 clients, Pro runs from $23/month (5 clients) to $135/month (50 clients), and Studio Plus starts at $248/month for 500 clients. Learn more at trainerize.com.

3. TrueCoach — Best for coaches who want payments included from the first plan

Strengths: Automated payments via Stripe are included on all plans, along with the 3,000+ video library and in-app messaging. Standard adds public coach profiles for prospects, wearable integrations (Apple, Garmin, WHOOP, OURA), a custom-branded app and Zapier automations. Extra coaches can be added through Team Accounts at no additional cost.

Limits: Tiers are capped at 5, 20 and 50 active clients, with custom pricing above 250. No booking tool is listed, and check-ins and questionnaires are built inside the workout builder rather than in a separate form tool. Nutrition tracking is MyFitnessPal-based.

Pricing summary: Starter is $26.34/month, Standard $57.99/month and Pro $136.99/month. Learn more at truecoach.co.

4. My PT Hub — Best for coaches who want bookings and classes with predictable tiers

Strengths: Starter includes 1-to-1 bookings, payment processing and nutrition plans, and Premium adds group bookings, classes, live streams, an AI workout builder, automated check-ins and community features. Ultimate includes five additional trainers and a custom-branded app.

Limits: Prices are in euros and Starter covers 3 clients. Add-ons include a €95 one-time custom-branded app, €10 per extra trainer per month, €10/month Check-Ins AI and €18/month for Zapier. No lead form is listed on its features page. Its pricing was last fetched on September 27 and not re-fetched on October 9.

Pricing summary: €25/month Starter (€22.50/month billed annually), €59/month Premium for unlimited clients and €215/month Ultimate, with a 30-day free trial advertised. Learn more at mypthub.net.

5. Kahunas — Best for coaches who want a simple three-tier price and deep nutrition tools

Strengths: Every tier has unlimited nutrition plans with a 1.6M verified food database, custom check-in forms, 1,000+ exercise videos and messaging with voice notes. Lead generation forms arrive on Growth. Stripe and PayPal can be connected, and the site says it takes no commission.

Limits: The tiers cap clients at 25 and 50 before Ultimate. Own branded apps and team members are Ultimate only, group messaging and Zapier/Make are extensions, and booking is a call request that the coach approves or declines. Wearable integrations are not mentioned on the pages we checked.

Pricing summary: $35/month Essentials (up to 25 clients), $69/month Growth (up to 50) and $99/month Ultimate (unlimited), with a 14-day free trial. Learn more at kahunas.io.

6. PT Distinction — Best for coaches who want AI and automation bundled in

Strengths: Basic lists an AI program builder, AI meal planner, AI assistant, habit tracking, scheduled email and SMS, automated workflows and payment processing for packages. Trainers can be added at no extra charge according to the pricing page.

Limits: Only 3 clients are included on Basic, with a charge for each extra client, and the custom-branded app is limited to Pro and Master. Appointment booking and lead capture are not listed, and third-party integrations are not named.

Pricing summary: $19.90/month Basic ($6.00/month per extra client), $59.90/month Pro (25 clients, $2.40/month per extra client) and $89.90/month Master (50 clients, $1.60/month per extra client). A 1-month trial is offered. Learn more at ptdistinction.com.

How to choose

Because Everfit's price depends on roster size and add-ons, a fair comparison means pricing the same scenario everywhere. Write down your client count in twelve months, whether you need payments, meal plans and automation, and whether you want a branded app. Then work through the options:

Test with a small group of clients for a few weeks. The client-facing app matters more than any feature table.

Frequently asked questions

Why look for an Everfit alternative?

Common reasons based on the pricing page: the Starter tier covers only 5 clients, Pro pricing scales with roster size, and payments, advanced meal plans, automation and on-demand collections are separate add-ons. Group chat and broadcast messages are Studio features. If Pro already covers what you need, you may not need to move.

Does Everfit have lead capture?

No enquiry form is listed. The Payments & Packages add-on gives each package its own sales page. Kahunas lists lead generation forms on Growth and above, TrueCoach lists public coach profiles on Standard and Pro, and UltraFit360 has a lead page with a pipeline. Not every platform lists it: My PT Hub and PT Distinction do not.

How much do Everfit add-ons cost?

As displayed on its pricing page: Autoflow is $24–$29/month+ and usage based, On-Demand Collections is $21–$25/month (included in Studio), Payments & Packages is $8–$9/month and Meal Plans & Recipe Books is $33–$39/month. Enterprise pricing is custom.

Which Everfit alternative has the lowest entry price?

That depends on what you count. On listed prices, Trainerize Basic is $0/month for 1 client, Grow is $9/month for 2, PT Distinction starts at $19.90/month with 3 clients, My PT Hub at €25/month for 3 clients and Kahunas at $35/month for up to 25. Everfit's Starter is $0/month for up to 5 clients. UltraFit360's current terms are in the early bird offer below.

Can I take my clients' data from Everfit to another platform?

We did not research what each vendor does with client data when coaching ends, so ask them before you commit. Ask Everfit support, and the platform you are moving to, exactly what carries over before you switch.
